Anyone regret going with a NEMA 14-50 instead of hardwiring?
Electrician quoted me almost double for a hardwired setup vs just running a NEMA 14-50 outlet and using the mobile connector that came with the car. Charges plenty fast enough overnight for my commute either way. Feels like the outlet route is the obvious choice unless you're planning to sell the EVSE with the house someday, but curious if anyone who went hardwired has a reason I'm missing.
