WenStorm ships to the United States (continental) and Australia. Free Standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $49 or more and Australian orders of A$75 or more. Orders below these thresholds are charged shipping calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Express shipping is offered on U.S. orders for a flat $15.
Shipping Coverage & Fees
- United States (continental) — Standard — free on orders $49+, otherwise calculated at checkout.
- United States (continental) — Express — flat $15.
- Australia — free on orders A$75+, otherwise a flat A$15 shipping fee.
The following regions are excluded from free shipping regardless of order value:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories
Processing & Delivery Timelines
All orders require 1–2 business days for warehouse preparation before dispatch. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States (continental) — Standard — 5–7 business days
- United States (continental) — Express — 2–3 business days
- Australia — 7–14 business days
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US for domestic U.S. delivery, and Australia Post / StarTrack for Australian delivery. The carrier is selected based on destination to optimize speed and reliability.

During public holidays, manufacturers and courier companies may restrict operations, which can affect shipping timelines. Any delays beyond our control will be addressed promptly by our customer service team.
